vinyasa” yoga class geared for the beginner- intermediate yoga student.
Strength,
flexibility, balance, and relaxation are incorporated in this class. |

This class is a
power vinyasa class guaranteed to make you sweat! We will work hard,
and then end the session with a 10-15 minute relaxation session.
Beginners are welcome to come and modify movements.
Room temp. is very warm, bring water and a towel. |
