Body Toning

A variety of resistance exercises designed to sculpt you bod!

Circuit Weight Training

No time wasted here!  This is a 30 min. circuit weight-training program followed by 15 min. of body toning

that will allow you to get a great workout in a short amount of time.  

Instructor’s Choice

The key to this class is variety!  Some days are for strength and toning, and other days are for cardiovascular endurance.  You may do Step aerobics, weight training, low impact aerobics, circuit training, or anything else the instructor can dream up!

Senior Fitness

Finally… A class designed for senior citizens!!  This class will incorporate low impact walk aerobics followed by strengthening exercises.  This is also a great class for the beginner.

Spin n’ Tone

A 45-minute killer cardio. cycling class combined with upper body toning.

Training Wheels

Are you new to fitness?  Intimidated by high-level fitness classes?  This is the class to give you a boost!  We will start out slow and help build up your strength and fitness level so you can gain enough confidence to train without wheelsJ  Great class for overweight people or more mature adults. All ages welcome! 45 minutes broken down into walk aerobics and strength training

Trekking

Spice up your treadmill workout w/ Trekking.  This is a 30-minute group treadmill class.  Try this fast foot    class instead of a fast food lunchJ!

Yoga I

No cell phones allowed

This is a “power vinyasa” yoga class geared for the beginner- intermediate yoga student. 

Strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation are incorporated in this class.

Yoga II

 No cell phones allowed

This class is a power vinyasa class guaranteed to make you sweat!  We will work hard, and then end the  session with a 10-15 minute relaxation session.  Beginners are welcome to come and modify movements.     Room temp. is very warm, bring water and a towel.
