Texans Pummel Pima 119-79

TUCSON , Ariz. – The No. 4 ranked South Plains College Texans scored 68 second-half points en route to a 119-79 win over Pima Community College Saturday in Tucson, Ariz.

The win improved the Texans' record to 15-0. The will return to conference play on Thursday at Clarendon College.

Against Pima, SPC raced out to a 51-41 halftime lead and had six players score in double figures.

Nick Okorie led the way with 23 points, while Jonathan Hall added 22 points and 8 rebounds, Hugh Mingo had 13 ponts, Landon Tatum had 12 points and 9 assists, Lu Griffin added 12 points and 7 rebounds, and Kendrick Johnson had 12 points.
