Lee Signs With LSU
Patrick Lee, who was a three-time All-American in track and field at South Plains College, recently signed a letter of intent to run track at Louisiana State University.
Lee, who is from Jamaica, won two National Championships at the 2007 NJCAA Outdoor Track and Field Meet. He finished first in both the 110 meter hurdles and 400 meter hurdles and was named Male Track Athlete of the Meet. In 2006 at the National Outdoor Meet, he placed third in the 400 meter hurdles and fifth in the 110 meter hurdles. Lee also holds the SPC indoor record in the 55 meter hurdles (7.34 seconds).
Lee will graduate from SPC in December and will enroll at LSU in January.
