(Dec. 3, 2008) The South Plains College Lady Texans opened up the first ten minutes of conference play in sluggish manner, even trailing the Lady Westerners 14-9 11 minutes into the game. South Plains did heat up very soon after that and defeated Western Texas by 29 points, 80-51.
