Lady Texans Travel to Colby, Kansas for Ambassador Classic

The South Plains College Lady Texans departed today to participate in the Ambassador Classic November 6-8, 2008.

The #12 ranked Lady Texans will play #11 Western Nebraska to begin play on Thursday, November 6th. On Friday, South Plains College will take on tournament host Colby College at 6:00PM. South Plains defeated Colby 91-68 in the opening game of the Levelland Breakfast Rotary Tournament on October 31. On the final day of the Ambassador Classic, South Plains is scheduled to play the JV squad of Hastings College at 12:00PM.
