You may obtain your balance on our website, www.southplainscollege.edu, by going to Current Students, CampusConnect, Student Information, Review/Pay Account, click the Semester that you are enrolled or registered in. If you do not have a zero balance or if you   are NOT on installment contract and have not paid at least half of your balance by the Semester Deadline, your schedule will be cancelled WITHOUT EXCEPTION. It is important to check your balance if you make ANY CHANGES to your schedule.   Deadlines are listed on the Business Office homepage according to semester.

Installment contracts must be signed by the student (family members may not sign the contract).

You MUST COME IN PERSON to the Levelland or Reese business office if you wish to enter

into an installment contract.   We must have original signatures on installment contracts.

You may not enter into an installment contract by phone or fax.

If you are on installment contract and add a class, you must come to the business office, sign a new contract, and pay additional funds to keep your schedule.  

Contracts are offered in the Fall and Spring only.

If you have financial aid and your balance is not paid in full or you have not entered into an installment contract and paid at least half of your balance, your schedule will be cancelled WITHOUT EXCEPTION.  If you have a Loan , please go to the Business Office Home page and click on Loan Details.
