LEVELLAND – South Plains College will offer an NRA Basic Rifle class on Saturday and Sunday in Room 115 of the Law Enforcement Technology Building. Students need to register and pay in advance. Space is limited.

The cost includes the NRA Guide to the Basics of Rifle Shooting handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, and Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet. Ear and eye protection, .22 rifles and ammunition will be provided.
This is an excellent course for new rifle shooters or for a warm-up for hunting season.
