ARTC 1405 Basic Graphic Design (4:3:2) This course presents a study of two-dimensional design with emphasis on the visual communication design process.  Topics including basic terminology and graphic design principles.
COSC 1401 Introduction to Computer & Information Sciences (4:3:2)
This course is an overview of computer
Information systems.  IT introduces computer hardware, software, procedures, systems, and human resources.  It explores their integration and application in business and other segments in society.  The fundamental of computer problem solving and programming in a higher level programming language may be discussed and applied.  Business applications will be stressed.  Software projects include using word processing, spreadsheet, database management, and presentation graphics software.
IMED 2309 Internet Commerce (3:3:1) Prerequisites:  ITSE-2413 or ITSC-1413; and ITSW-2437 or consent of instructor.  The course gives an overview of the Internet as a marketing and sales tool, with emphasis on developing a prototype for electronic commerce.  Topics include dynamic data, integration, and creating web sites in order to collect information, performing on-line transactions.
ITNW 1421 Introduction to Networking
(4:3:3)
Prerequisite:  "C" or better in COSC-1401 or ITSC -1401.  This course is an introduction to the fundamentals, basics, and terminology of networks.  Topics include the access and use of the Internet and networking hardware and software including current developments in networking.
ITNW 2401 Administering Servers (4:3:2) Post-installation and day-to-day administration task of various network operating system servers.
ITNW 2413 Networking Hardware
(4:3:2)
Maintain network hardware devices. Topics include  network cables, servers, and workstations, network connectivity devices such as routers, hubs, bridges, gateways, repeaters, and uninterruptible power supplies; and other networking hardware devices.
ITSC 1401 Introduction to Computers (4:3:2): This course is an overview of computer

ITSC 1405 Introduction to PC Operating Systems (4:3:2) This course is a study of personal computer operating systems.  Topics include installation and configuration, file management, memory and storage management, control of peripheral devices, and use of utilities.
ITSC 1425 Personal Computer Hardware
(4:3:2)
A study of current personal computer hardware, including personal computer assembly and upgrading, setup and configuration, and troubleshooting.
ITSC 2164 Practicum (or Field Experience) - Computer Information Sciences, General (1:0:9) Prerequisite:  Consent of instructor.  This course gives the student practical general training and experiences in the workplace.  The college, with the employer, develops and documents an individualized plan for the student.  The plan relates the workplace training and experiences to the student's general and technical course of study.  The guided external experiences may be paid or unpaid.  This course may be repeated if topics and learning outcomes vary.
ITSE 1411 BEGINNING WEB PAGE PROGRAMMING (4:3:2) Prerequisite: ITSE 1449 with a grade of "C" or better. This course covers skill development in web page programming including mark-up and scripting languages.
ITSE 1449 Programming Logic and Design (4:3:2) This course offers a disciplined approach to problem-solving with structured techniques and representation of algorithms using appropriate design tools.  Discussion of methods for testing, evaluation, and documentation is emphasized.
ITSE 2371 CIS Capstone (3:3:1) Prerequisite:  Consent of instructor.  This course will address new and current technology that is relevant to the professional development of the student.
ITSE 1405 Web Authoring/Publishing (4:3:2) Prerequisite:  ITSE 1411 with a grade of "C" or better.  An introduction to designing and publishing Web documents. Includes basic markup language, hyperlinks, tables, frames, images, and forms. Exploration of tools available for creating and editing Web documents.
ITSE 1402  Computer Programming (4:3:3) Prerequisite:  "C" or better in ITSE 1329 This course is an introduction to computer programming with emphasis on the fundamentals of structured design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation. It includes language syntax, data and file structures, input/output devices, and files.
ITSE 2421 Object-Oriented Programming (4:3:3) Prerequisite:  "C" or better in ITSE-1329.  The course is an introduction to object-oriented programming.  Emphasis is on the fundamentals of design with classes, including development, testing, implementation, and documentation. 
ITSE 2457 Advanced Object-Oriented Programming (4:3:3) Prerequisite: "C" or better in ITSE 2421 This course presents applications of advanced object-oriented programming techniques such as abstract data structures, class inheritance, polymorphism, virtual functions, and exceptions handling.
ITSE 2459 Advanced Computer Programming (4:3:3) Prerequisite: "C" or better in ITSE-1402.  This course introduces advanced applications of programming techniques.  Topics include file access methods, data structures and modular programming, program testing and documentation.
ITSW 2434 Advanced Spreadsheets (4:3:2) Prerequisite:  "C" or better is COSC-1401 or ITSC-1401.  This course contains advanced techniques for developing and modifying spreadsheets. Includes macros and data analysis functions.
ITSW 2437 Advanced Database (4:3:2) Prerequisite: "C" or better in COSC-1401 or ITSC-1401.  This course is designed to provide mastery of the advanced functionality of databases.
ITSY 1442 Information Technology Security (4:3:2) This course contains instruction in security for network hardware, software, and data; including physical security, backup procedures, relevant tools, encryption, and protection from viruses.
ITSY 2417  Wireless Security Development (4:3:2:) This course focuses on the development of information security policies, standards and guidelines for an organization. It includes Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), antivirus, Virtual Private Network (VPN), wireless communications, remote access and other critical administrative vulnerabilities and appropriate countermeasures area addressed. Emphasizes wireless security goals of availability, integrity accuracy, and confidentiality in the design, planning, implementing, operating, and troubleshooting of wireless LAN along with appropriate panning and administrative controls.
