Student Satisfaction Inventory

Results-fall 2005 administration

The Office of Enrollment Management administered the Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory during November 2005. The Title V Grant’s Year One Objectives included requirements to survey students participating in grant-related projects.

The grant was administered to the following targeted groups of students:

1. Students participating in the Intrusive Advising System’s pilot study

2. Students attending the Plainview Extension Center

3. A representative sample of first-time, full-time, degree seeking students from arts and sciences, technical, and allied health programs at each SPC campus. This sample replicates the sample used in the Fall 2003 survey administration.

In all, 363 students participated in the survey. Click on the links to the left to see the results of each target group’s report.

Each report includes the following information:

· The institution’s strengths and challenges for strategic planning

· Satisfaction & importance of classroom and campus resources as compared to over 248,000 responses from community, junior and technical college students in the last three years

· Demographic information

The full-time, degree-seeking sample also compares results to the Fall 2003 administration to the same sample type.
