Irish concert set for April 10

County Hockley will be filling the Tom T. Hall Recording and Production Studio in the Creative Arts Building with Irish music during a special concert.

 

The Irish music group will be performing on April 10 at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free.

 

County Hockley features: Beth Mead, tenor banjo and guitar; Ricky Sullivan guitar; Devin O’ Toole, guitar; Corinna Ripple, fiddle and; Emily Wilson, vocals. Joe Carr, associate professor of music plays, the accordion and mandolin. Carr is also the director of the band.

 

The concert will feature Stacey and Tracy Bohn, former members of County Hockley and graduates of SPC. Kristen Williamson of Levelland High School will be performing several Irish dances.
