Under the direction of Cary Banks, chairperson of the SPC Creative Arts Department, TNL is in its 11th year of production.  The show airs on the first Thursday of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the Tom T. Hall Recording and Production Studio in the Creative Arts Building.

'Grey's Anatomy' scrubs in with steamy medical drama

by Sawyer Thomas, staff writer

It would seem that television this fall is no longer in Technicolor, but is seen in shades of gray.

The third season of “Grey’s Anatomy” is in full swing, bringing the same intense drama and sexiness that we, as hardcore fans, experience in the second season.  What is it with television shows and doctors?  With “Nip/Tuck” and “Grey’s Anatomy”, one can never go wrong on Tuesday and Thursday nights.

His new endeavor is “Click,” part comedy, part drama, part fantasy movie directed by Frank Coraci.  Imagine the possibilities of having complete control over your life.  In the movie “Click,” Michael Newman (played by Adam Sandler) is a workaholic architect who is on the fast track in his career.  He is so obsessed with his plans for making partner in his firm that he is ignoring his family.

Williams loses popular vote

by Stephanie Perez, staff writer

Once again, Robin Williams fails to deliver in the comedic drama “Man of the Year.”

You walk into the movie theater waiting to see a comedy about a comedian who becomes the president, but instead you get a shifty story line and a rocky plot.

f you are a “Nightmare on Elm Street” fan like me, then you know that New Line just released a re-mastered copy of the first in a line of great movie.

This DVD is loaded with extras, such as alternate endings and cut scenes, no pun intended. It was available as of Sept. 26 nation wide. Right after the release, New Line held showings of the film three nights in a row on a few screens.
