by
Shelbi Wallace, online editor
Joe Carr has brought
numerous creative and innovative ideas to the commercial

process, and it will always be there for you. With Carr’s
passion and charisma, his recent award from the
International Bluegrass Music Association does not come as a
shock to his friends and colleagues.
