Students residing in the South Plains College residence halls obtain room and meals for one set price. The following is a list of each residence hall and the room and board costs associated with living on-campus for one semester:

Summer housing is available at the Smallwood Apartment Complex for both male and female residents. During the summer, students are responsible for their own meals as the dining hall is not open. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette area for meal preparation. Cost for summer housing is:
