Residential Living

Men's Halls

Residence halls provide a great place for students to adjust to college life in a monitored atmosphere. South Plains College strives to provide its on-campus students with opportunities that not only allow them to grow academically, but also socially. Residents are presented with chances to meet individuals with similar interests, those from other areas of the state, other states and even from other countries. These interactions challenge students to develop as a person, capable of taking on the responsibilities of living with others and functioning in today's society.

SPC residential halls feature comfortable living. Each room is air conditioned, carpeted (certain halls) and furnished. Residence halls also feature private telephones, basic cable, internet access through dial-up modem, ethernet connection, or wireless connection (depending on the residence hall), vending machines and access to on-campus laundry facilities. The use of security cameras and card access is incorporated into residential facilities to provide safety and security for all residents. All buildings at South Plains College, including the residence halls, are smoke-free.

The residence halls are staffed by a residence hall director who supervises the facility. Peer wing advisors also work in each hall to assist the residence hall director and students.

Additional information about each hall can be obtained by selecting the hall of choice on the menu located to the left.
