            As part of our ongoing program of institutional assessment, your help is requested to identify what makes South Plains College a quality institution. The Institutional Effectiveness Committee has developed a Support Services Survey designed to measure employee satisfaction with selected operational support services.

            Please take about 15 minutes to respond to the online Support Services Survey that follows this message. As before, I hope you will respond openly and candidly to the survey questions. All responses will be completely anonymous.

            As we continue to work to improve the quality of support services, it is important that you help identify what we do well at South Plains College. It is also important to identify opportunities for improvement.
