The CLEP program has recently instituted a stronger student identification policies to help test administrators thwart fraudulent test takers. Students must now present two forms of personal identification in order to be admitted to a CLEP testing room. The primary form of identification must be a government-issued photo ID card that bears the student's signature. The secondary form of identification must have a photo and/or signature. All funded military candidates must present a current military ID and a second form of government-issued photo ID.
Primary and Secondary ID's must be from the list below. College & University Student ID's will not longer be accepted as a Primary ID.
Acceptable forms of primary identification include:
A current driver's license
A current state or federal ID car
A current passport
A tribal ID card
A naturalization card or certificate of citizenship
Acceptable forms of secondary identification include:
A current employee ID
A current student ID
A social security card
A military ID
An unused ID from the primary choices above.
