How Do I Register For The QUICK THEA at SPC?

You may register for the QUICK THEA test in person at the Testing Office located in the Special Services Office in the Student Services Building on the Levelland Campus.

Photo ID and Social Security Card are required to test

How Much Will It Cost Me?

A $5.00 fee is required to register for the QUICK-THEA test and must be paid prior to testing. $29.00 is due to NES on the day of the test.

When:

All examinees need to report 30 minutes before the scheduled test time. NO examinees will be admitted late and testing fees will be forfeited. You will have 5 hours to complete the exam once actual testing begins. You only need to take the portions of the exam you have not previously taken or passed. You don't have to test on parts you have passed already (on THEA, Quick THEA or Accuplacer as THEA alternative.)

What:

You MUST have 2 forms of identification. You MUST have at least one photo ID (driver's license, employee badge, passport, yearbook). The secondary ID can be anything with your name attached such as: social security card, check book, paycheck stub, insurance card, library card.
Two sharpened #2 pencils
Light sweater or jacket
$29.00 Testing fee payable to N.E.S.
Calculators (4-function only) are permitted. You must provide your own calculator.
