APRIL ACADEMY HIGHLIGHTS Seniors and juniors improved their interview skills and signed up for summer internships. Seniors, juniors and sophomores “sharpened their saws” with 7 Habits curriculum. Sophomores explored family relationships by creating family trees. Freshmen, sophomores and juniors continued preparing for the TAKS test by completing on-line practice questions with the help of tutors. Freshmen focused on how having positive attitude and character traits can help them be successful in school. Freshmen and sophomores who missed the November Academy made-up the EXPLORE and PLAN exams. These exams help students prepare for the ACT test they will take as juniors and seniors.
