Facility Reservations South Plains College makes its facilities available for use by employee, student or community groups when these facilities are not being used for instructional purposes or other college activities. All general facility usage and reservations are coordinated through the Event Coordinator's Office located in the SPC Student Center. (806) 894-9611, ext. 2395. Usage and reservations for athletic or recreational facilities are coordinated and approved through the Athletic Director's Office located in Texan Dome. (806) 894-9611, ext. 2221.

Meeting and banqueting facilities are available in the SPC Student Center to accommodate groups up to 325. Facilities may be reserved based on the nature of the event and availability of meeting space. All facility usage may be subject to a published fee.
