BN. EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

The Executive Council is composed of the President, Vice President for Finance and Administration, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Vice President for Student Affairs, Vice President for Institutional Advancement and the Provost.

This committee meets each Monday morning, the only exception to this is when one or more of the members cannot attend. The primary purpose of this committee is to inform each of the other members of the committee what is being accomplished in his or her division. A secondary purpose is to inform the President of any problems that exist within their division. There is no agenda for these meetings. This lets each person discuss any items of business that needs attention. The committee goes over the calendar, discusses programs at the college, financial problems, legislature affairs and coordinating board meetings. Finally, the function of the committee is to keep the President informed of the operation of the college.
