FA. ADMISSION TO THE COLLEGE (BP)
South Plains College maintains an “open admissions” policy and accepts all students for enrollment regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, disability or age. An applicant who is a graduate of an accredited high school will be admitted upon presentation of a properly authenticated high school transcript. Prospective students who are not graduates of an accredited high school may be admitted under any of the following conditions:
Prospective students who are transferring from another college or university must not be under disciplinary or academic suspension at the last college attended and must meet the minimum academic standards of South Plains College.
International students must: 1.) meet requirements outlined for high school graduates or college transfer students; 2.) achieve a minimum approved score on the TOEFL; and 3.) submit proof of financial ability.
