Become a Tutor

Are you interested in becoming a tutor? Our team of tutors at South Plains College are dedicated individuals who seek to help SPC students succeed, are dedicated to gaining as much knowledge as possible about the subject(s) he/she tutor, and are willing and ready to share that knowledge with others. Candidates who wish to apply to be a tutor need to have completed the course(s) in which he/she wishes to apply to tutor in.  Subject and overall GPA requirements will need to be met, as well. We are currently taking applications for the following tutoring positions and locations:

General math tutor (math through Cal I) - All campuses

Statistics tutor - Levelland and Downtown Lubbock Campus

Business math tutor - Levelland and Downtown Lubbock Campus

Accounting and Business tutor - Levelland and Downtown Lubbock Campus

Writing tutor - All campuses
