South Plains College Room Reservations

South Plains College welcomes organizations and community members to use available rooms for meetings and events at all locations.
Room options come with a variety of capacity, seating arrangement, and amenities.

The following rooms are available for reservations:

Levelland Campus

  • Sundown Room – Student Center
  • Founders Room – Student Center
  • Cotton Room – Student Center
  • Oil Room – Student Center
  • Classrooms as available (must be reserved with the Registrar)
  • Texan Dome (must be reserved through the Office of Marketing and Communications)

Reese Center

  • Building 1 Chapel

Lubbock Downtown Center

  • Classroom 1027
  • Conference Room

Career and Technical Center (Lubbock)

  • Classrooms as available

Plainview Center

  • Classroom 107

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Food and beverages other than water are not permitted in classrooms.

Catering is available through Great Western Dining for events in Levelland. Catering request instruction will be included in the email confirmation provided upon reservation.

 

RENTAL FEES

Individuals and organizations registered within the taxing district of South Plains college are not charged fees to rent SPC rooms in Levelland.

Tax-exempt organizations such as public independent school districts are not charged fees to rent SPC rooms.

Rental fees are applied to reservations made by non-tax-exempt entities registered outside of the SPC taxing district. Rental fees are assessed as follows:

  • Oil Room: $100 per hour
  • Cotton Room: $100 per hour
  • Founders Room: $100 per hour
  • Classrooms (all locations): $100 per hour
  • Lubbock Downtown Center Conference Room: $100 per hour
  • Sundown Room: $200 per hour
  • Texan Dome: Pricing varies per event

A $50 fee shall be charged for each hour past 5PM (4PM on Friday) for any room reservation not located in Levelland, TX.

Payment instructions will be included in the confirmation email provided upon reservation.

Reserving Levelland Campus Meeting Rooms

Reservations for Levelland Campus rooms are made through the LibCal online platform operated by the SPC Library.

To make a reservation, please review the policy GD by visiting the link below. A link to the LibCal reservation platform is located at the end of that policy. Please be aware that although LibCal is managed by the SPC Library, you can reserve any room available on the Levelland Campus.
