Weight training

SPC has an outstanding fitness center on campus called "The Complex".  With a complete line of free weights, machine weights, and cardio equipment you will have everything you need for a great workout. There are also two indoor basketball courts and 5 racquetball courts open each afternoon for recreational play. In addition, a variety of non-credit group fitness classes are offered.  You are invited to come by for a tour. The Complex is located on the east side of the Texan Dome in the Physical Education building.

Bellies (MW @ 4:40pm and Indoor Cycling ( MW 4:45pm) will resume Monday, June 15 

 

SATURDAY HOURS: 9AM-NOON

People over age 60 or those with underlying conditions are advised to attend a slow time.
