Challenge yourself like never before with this multi-dimensional class which concentrates on functional movements and workouts that are constantly changing to get you in the best shape of your life.  Open Gym: A workout will be posted for a self- directed workout

Indoor Cycling

A cardio workout like no other! If you want to work hard but lack coordination, cycling may be perfect for you! We challenge you to try the class 3 times before deciding! Are you tough enough?

Yoga This is a 60 min. class is for the beginner/ intermediate yoga student. Session ends w/ 10-15 min. of relaxation.
 Zumba Dance your way to fitness!  This is a 60 min. dance party.  The most fun you will ever have exercising! 

 Tai Chi Chih

 

 This course requires a separate fee.
A gentle 8 week course for all ages or conditions and can even be done seated. Daily practice can reduce stress, control blood pressure, strengthen bones, and improve balance and flexibility. The first night is a free intro. session. Register after the first night of class. Cost: $50 SPC F/S and fitness center members  $60 Non-SPC members                            Dates:TBA
