Indoor Cycling

A cardio workout like no other! If you want to work hard but lack coordination, cycling may be perfect for you! We challenge you to try the class 3 times before deciding! Are you tough enough?

Yoga This is a 60 min. class is for the beginner/ intermediate yoga student. Session ends w/ 10-15 min. of relaxation.
