South Plains College's Financial Aid Office is committed to helping students and their families meet the rising costs of education. We administer a variety of financial aid, from federal, state, institutional and private sources. Our experienced staff can assist you in the process of applying and receiving aid, as well as provide you with information to help you make informed decisions.
Financial aid consists of scholarships, grants, loans, and student employment, which singly or in combination may be awarded to students. In selecting a financial aid recipient, special consideration is given to the applicant's academic record and/or financial need and is based on available funding.
For your convenience, the Financial Aid Office also provides services for Veterans' Benefits.
Financial aid reduces your stress and lets you focus on your studies. Financial aid can be used for:
- Tuition and fees
- Books and supplies
- Room and board
- Transportation
- Miscellaneous expenses
The Clovis Community College Financial Aid Office adheres to federal, state and institutional policies. These policies are subject to change within an award year. Students will be advised of policy changes via Pathway announcements and email messages.
