Room and Meal Rates

All room rates, with the exception of Smallwood Apartments, include both the room and full meal plan. SPC is dedicated to keeping its room and meal rates for students as reasonable and affordable as possible. To allow for flexibility in life-styles and class schedules, the college food service provides students with continuous meal service in the Texan Hall during posted hours of operation. These room and meal rates are based upon two students per room for each semester.

Private rooms may be requested only on a space-available basis for a fee of $200.

When you have registered for classes, you have the option of paying for your housing charges for the semester in one lump sum or on an installment basis. Students who select the installment plan will be charged an additional $35 installment service fee.
