IE Planning Resources

On the divisional, departmental and program levels, program planning and review is documented and reported through the use of the Institutional Effectiveness Planning Report (IE Plan). SPC utilizes the TaskStream Accountability Management System resource tool as a means for managing and documenting planning and assessment activities on all institutional levels.

Each instructional and administrative support services unit is required to update its Institutional Effectiveness Plan in the TaskStream AMS on an annual basis. These periodic "snapshots" report progress made on the achievement of departmental/program objectives and outcomes and also identify new departmental outcomes and needs to be addressed in the next planning and budget year. Information in the IE Plan is used by the Division Deans and Vice Presidents in addressing departmental and program needs through the budget process.
