Chemistry LabChemistry is all around us.  Whether it be medicines, fuels, plastics, dyes, reactions, or types of change, all involve chemistry.  Chemistry courses are required for many science majors as well as  for most of the pre-professional majors.  All of our chemistry classes have a lecture and a lab component.  You will gain a good knowledge of chemistry and be exposed to common lab practices.  You will be well prepared for your future endeavors as you transition to a four-year university or to the industry.  All of our class sections are small, containing no more than 32 students.  This will give you more opportunity to interact with your instructor and fellow students.

Below are the chemistry courses that we offer and further below are our chemistry related major options:

CHEM 1406 - Introductory Chemistry I (designed for Allied Health Students and Non-science majors)

CHEM 1411 - General Chemistry I

CHEM 1412 - General Chemistry II

CHEM 2423 - Organic Chemistry I

CHEM 2425 - Organic Chemistry II
