**The program and courses within the program are subject to approval and changes mandated by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and the Texas Board of Nursing.

Applicants should consult the nursing school director to identify specific course equivalencies for transfer.  Non-nursing courses may be taken before enrollment in nursing courses, but not later than sequentially required.  Consult the College Catalog for courses which satisfy this requirement

Science Courses (MICRO, AND A&P) must be completed within the last ten (10) years or they must be re-taken.

It is strongly recommended that ALL SCIENCE COURSES be completed prior to entering the program. If not, BIOL 2402 MUST be taken prior to entering the 2nd semester of the transition program. If sciences are not completed prior to 2nd semester, the student must complete them before progressing in the program.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A COMPUTER WITH A DVD PLAYER AND INTERNET ACCESS WHILE ENROLLED IN THE ADN PROGRAM.
