SPC, Texas Tech University Alumni Associations to host pregame tailgate on Sept. 16
LEVELLAND – The alumni associations of South Plains College and Texas Tech University are inviting all SPC/TTU dual alumni to a special pregame tailgate before the Texas Tech/Tarleton State game on Sept. 16. Members of the unique Dual Alumni Program can come to the Frazier Alumni Pavilion from 3 p.m. until kickoff at 6 p.m.
Any current program member who attends the tailgate and anyone who joins the SPCAA/TTAA Dual Alumni Program at the door will receive a free drink ticket at the event. Alumni from both institutions are invited to support their alma maters and join Raider Red and Terrible Texas for pregame festivities.
Participants do not have to be graduates of SPC to be considered alumni. Anyone who attended SPC and/or transferred to Texas Tech is eligible to belong to this one-of-a-kind dual program.
The SPCAA and TTAA Dual Alumni Membership Program fee is $100 annually, and joint spouse membership is also available for all members at no additional cost. The spouse does not have to be a graduate of SPC or Texas Tech to become a member of the associations. Funds for this program are used to support SPC transfer students through the SPCAA Transfer Scholarship Endowment as well as current TTU students through TTAA scholarships.
