SPC Policy FH (Title IX) Compliance

South Plains College is a member of the Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) and subscribes to ATIXA products for the construction of policy as well as training on Title IX policy administration.  

Training materials are linked within the specific subtopics.  Trainings are administered through SPC software systems and retained for future use by the SPC community.

Title IX Team Training Resources

Federal Title IX Regulations and Texas State Law require training for the Title IX Coordinator and Deputy Coordinators, as well as staff and faculty members that serve as investigators, decision makers, appeal officers, and facilitate informal resolutions. SPC subscribes to the Association for Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) for training resources.  The basis of training materials utilized by SPC are included below for each of the member type of the Title IX Team.
