LEVELLAND – South Plains College’s total enrollment in Fall 2025 increased by 4.3 percent from last fall.
On a daily comparison, Fall 2025 enrollment is at 9,490, while Fall 2024 enrollment reached 9,098.
The number of Levelland students enrolled at SPC has increased from last fall. Current enrollment for this group reached 2,826, while its Fall 2024 enrollment was 2,729 (a 3.6-percent increase).
SPC also saw a significant increase in the number of dual-credit students enrolled. Current dual-credit enrollment is at 3,386, while Fall 2024 dual-credit enrollment reached 3,089 (a 9.6-percent increase). Dual enrollment allows high school students to earn transferable college credits, which could reduce the time needed to earn a college degree.
“SPC continues to make impressive strides with its enrollment trends,” SPC President Robin Satterwhite said. “We are delighted by the growth at our flagship campus in Levelland with face-to-face students. It is exciting to see an increase in dual credit and traditional students seeking out the excellent educational opportunities we offer at SPC.”
