Faculty Senate of South Plains College
The South Plains College Faculty Senate serves as a representative body for the College's faculty, providing a forum for collaboration, communication and shared governance. The Senate works to bring together ideas and perspectives from faculty while fostering open communication among faculty, support personnel and the administration.
Acting in an advisory role, the Faculty Senate develops and presents recommendations to College leadership on matters that impact the institution, its employees and its students. Through collaboration and advocacy, the Senate is committed to supporting the mission of South Plains College and promoting a high-quality educational experience for all students.
