Managing Stress during COVID-19

SPC desires that all students, faculty and staff maintain a healthy mental state at all times. In times like COVID-19 outbreak, it is easy to become overwhelmed by stress and anxiety. The Texas Department of Health and Human Services has compiled “Tips for Managing Your Stress” as a guide for self-help in relieving stress. The SPC Office of Health and Wellness also provides students with access to mental health services if you feel you need further assistance. Faculty and staff may contact the Office of Human Resources for information on the Employee Assistance Program.
