- Enroll on Tour with $95 deposit
- Set up payment plan
- Apply for Passport (If you have a passport, double check expiration date. Your passport
cannot expire within 6 months of the departure dates)
- If you need financial assistance to apply a passport please let Dr. Ramzinski know.
- Begin working on scholarship applications for – (submit application essays to Dr.
Ramzinski if you need a proof reader or help)

- Locate proof of Covid 19 Vaccination
- November – December 2023
- Post link to fundraising page on Social Media
- Tell family and friends you would like a donation for your trip for Christmas presents
- Plan Spring and Summer terms with your advisor
- Summer 1 – GEOG 1301, GEOG 1303, BIOL 1411, ARTS 1301, ARTS 2289, MUSI 1306
- January – February 2024
- Plan Spring and Summer terms with your advisor
- Summer 1 – HUMA 1301, GEOG 1301, or GEOG 1303
- Submit Passport Information to EF Tours through your travel page. (If you have not received your passport yet, check on the status of application.)
- Plan Spring and Summer terms with your advisor
- March 2024
- Confirm emergency contact information and dietary restrictions with EF Tours.
- Watch for email from Dr. Ramzinski for Pre-Departure Meeting
- Give Health and Medical Profile forms to Dr. Ramzinski
- Provide Study Abroad course information to Dr. Ramzinski
- April 2022
- Make sure you are enrolled and have paid for the SPC course you selected for the tour
- Review Packing List
- Watch for email from Dr. Ramzinski for the final Pre-Departure Meeting
