IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

*All participants in Culinary Arts Community classes should wear pants, close toed shoes, and have long hair tied back in order to enter the Culinary facility. The age range for kid’s classes is 8-13. If a child is brought to a class and looks significantly younger than the age range they will be turned away. Thank you, for observing our policies. *

• Culinary Teen Three Day Camp Ages 14-17                              Price: $175                     

  Have your teen come gain the knowledge and skill set of the Culinary World. Within this three-day Culinary experience, we will dive deep into three different international flavors, foods, and methodologies. We will cook through Mexico, France and Italy. *Guardians will have to sign documents on the first day drop off.

• Baja Seafood Delight                                                             Price: $45

  Do you enjoy the fresh flavors of the Baja Californian Coast? Join us as we journey through the crisp refreshing fare of Baja. We will learn to prepare such favorites as grilled Mahi Mahi, Shrimp Tacos, and pineapple salsa. To accompany our exquisite seafood will also teach you to make Cilantro lime Rice and Borracho Black Beans.

• Culinary Kid’s Three Day Camp Ages 8-13 with an Adult        Price: $175

  Have your teen come gain the knowledge and skill set of the Culinary World. Within this three-day Culinary experience, we will dive deep into three different international flavors, foods, and methodologies. We will cook through Mexico, France and Italy.

• Great British Bakes                                                                   Price: $45

  Learn to prepare delicious British bakes without leaving town!  You will bake a fluffy, vanilla sponge cake, fill it with jam and then roll it into a classic jelly roll. Then we will prepare decadent sticky toffee pudding, a moist sponge cake made with finely chopped dates, then drizzle it with a luscious toffee sauce.
