South Plains College provides all departments and staff of the college with the official stationary (letterhead and envelopes) to be used for all official correspondence representing the institution.

No other styles or design may be used without the review and recommendation of the Associate Dean of Marketing and Recruitment and the approval of the President of the College.

The design of college stationery is the responsibility of the Office of Marketing and Recruitment in order to assure consistency of style and conformity to institutional image standards.


Stationery stock is maintained in the Business Office. Supplies may be picked up from the Business Office at which time charges will be assessed to that department.


The Business Office shall notify the College Relations Office when stock is near depletion. If no design or color change is being contemplated, the Marketing and Recruitment Office will re-order a new supply or re-bid the printing, whichever action is appropriate.
