This office is responsible for providing human resource administrative services.


This office administers the employee group insurance program as directed by the Employee Retirement System. In conjunction with the payroll department, this department administers sick and disability pay benefits. It also assists employees with insurance claim problems.


This office maintains employment application files and hiring files in accordance with affirmative action and the Southern Association of Colleges (SAC). It issues employment applications to job applicants and routes completed forms and resumes to those departments with hiring needs.


This office sets up and maintains personnel and insurance files for all full-time employees. It also maintains personnel records for permanent part-time employees.


This office assists retiring employees with TRS, ERS, and Social Security applications and administration.
