South Plains College provides all professional employees of the college with official business cards to be used for representing the employee’s affiliation with the college.

No other styles or design may be used without the review and recommendation of the Associate Dean of Marketing and Recruitment and the approval of the President of the College.

The design of college business cards is the responsibility of the Office of College Relations in order to assure consistency of style and conformity to institutional image and branding standards.

Ordering Business Cards

Employees may order college business cards by completing the Business Card Order Form available from departmental supervisors or from the Office of College Relations. The form should be returned to the Office of Marketing and Recruitment who coordinates the ordering and printing of business cards. Costs for business cards will be charged to the appropriate departmental account.


Newly hired employees will receive their first order of business cards compliments of the President’s Office. Subsequent re-orders will be charged to the appropriate departmental account.
